My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The fantastic location near major spots like SOHO and Little Italy with easy access to subway stops was a definite plus. The room, although with a view of the Chrysler Building, was in the basement with minimal natural light and cleanliness issues. The service was generally friendly but lacking in some aspects. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel offers comfortable and roomier rooms than many others in NY, but with some maintenance issues. The euro-style layout with closely positioned beds might not suit everyone, and the pricing seems high for the value provided.
The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and plenty of dining options. The rooms, though small, offer necessary conveniences, but some noise and cleanliness issues impact the overall value. The service is friendly and helpful but with a peculiar incident involving the electronic lock. The location is excellent for exploring the Lower East Side with access to vibrant areas nearby.
The hotel was tidy and big enough for the three of us for a few days in New York. The service was really kind and patient with us. The location was sensational, right in the heart of lots of restaurants, great room for the price, and close to supermarket and subway. The dining experience was limited, but I enjoyed local fish. The facilities were good, and the room had everything we needed.

The rooms were quite noisy, located below street level with minimal windows, resembling a small bedroom turned storage room but offering a view of the Chrysler Building from the front on the sixth floor, which kept street noise at bay. However, the service was exceptional, with friendly staff who went out of their way to assist with luggage storage and were courteous and helpful throughout. The location was convenient, on the edge of the Lower East Side with proximity to major spots like SOHO and Little Italy. Overall, the hotel was a good choice for its price and value, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.
